We start with raw cashews to create the creamy base and then add extract and caviar (pod seeds) from Tahitian Vanilla Beans. The result is a wonderful flavor and texture profile rivaling that of our regular dairy-based gelato. And the added health benefits of cashew nuts is just icing on the gelato!
