
Each year, as summer approaches, I look forward to the arrival of the Dulcinea Tuscan Style melons at Costco. They're not exotic, they're not hyped as a superfood, and they're not local (unless being available at your local Costco counts!). But, dang, they're delicious and so refreshing when chilled!
As i was prepping the melons to start making the sorbetto our Aussie teammate, Steve, walked by and said "we call those Rockmelons in Oz-trail-yah, mate!" Leave it to the Aussies to give a cool name to the fruit we know as cantaloupe.
