We've taken one of our most popular flavors, Hawaiian Honey Yogurt Gelato, and created a nondairy version for those preferring plant-based goodness!
We start with raw cashews to create the creamy base and then add local honey from Rainbow Bees and locally made coconut-based yogurt from Koko Kai. The result is a wonderful flavor and texture profile rivaling that of our regular dairy-based gelato. And the added health benefits of cashew nuts is just icing on the gelato!
