The "Bark" Cake!
The Bark Cake is our creation for December. Layers of Oreo and peppermint crush crust, chocolate gelato, white chocolate peppermint gelato, topped with peppermint crush and classic chocolate & peppermint bark bits. 10" round, usually cut in to 12-16 pieces.
This is a limited production item and we know it'll be at least as popular as our Pumpkin Crunch Gelato Cake created for the Thanksgiving holiday!
